RACHEL BOUTON (Performer) is a seasoned event entertainer, with an extensive background in improv, standup comedy, musical theatre and hosting. She studied comedy at The Second City in Chicago and Upright Citizen’s Brigade in NYC, and got her degree in “singing pretty” from the University of Denver. When she isn’t on the road with BNHM, she can be seen performing weekly with VERN at the People’s Improv Theatre in NYC, hosting live trivia events for TrivWorks, and producing awesome nerd parties for Science Friday, a nationally-syndicated public radio show. She is also the founder of PowerSuit Improv – a training program for professional women that builds workplace communication skills through improvisation training. ANNIE SCHIFFMANN (Cast, Social Media Manager) Annie Schiffmann knew she had to be in Broadway’s Next Hit Musical from the first time she saw it and is so pleased to call herself a cast member. In the time between when she first saw the show and when she was cast, she has performed in Chicago City Limits’ Touring Company and Resident Company, been in commercials - oh, and got married and had two kids. She mostly improvises in a corporate setting now - whether hosting an awards night, leading an improv workshop, or performing onstage for your company’s big meeting. ROBERT Z GRANT (Performer) (SAG-AFTRA, AEA) is an actor, singer and dancer who has been performing and teaching improv professionally in the US and abroad for nearly 20 years, most notably as a long-standing cast member with Broadway’s Next Hit Musical. Ralph Buckley (Co-Producer) has worked as an actor and director on and off Broadway, in television, film and radio. DEB RABBAI (Co-Artistic Director, Co-Producer, Performer) is an original member and co-creator of Broadway’s Next H!T Musical. A native New Yorker, Deb has worked as an actor, improviser, singer and voiceover artist for the last twenty five years. Deb became the Co-Artistic Director of BNHM in 2009 and has proudly witnessed its progress into the hilarious hit it is today. A graduate of The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in NYC, Deb spent ten years performing and teaching improvisation with Freestyle Repertory Theatre (TheatreSports New York), five years performing with ComedySportz NY and seven years with the Chicago City Limits national touring company. Deb is a highly experienced teacher of improvisation and acting, having worked at NYU, Marymount Manhattan College, The American Comedy Institute, NY Film Academy and American Musical and Dramatic Academy in NYC. Deb successfully created programs that teach curriculum through improvisation – these programs have been integrated into public schools in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. ROB SCHIFFMANN (Co-Artistic Director, Co-Producer, Performer) has worked and toured as a professional improviser and musician for over seventeen years. As a two-time MAC (Manhattan Association of Cabarets and Clubs) Award winner and the recipient of the 2011 INNY (Improvisation News) Award for Best Improv Coach, Rob’s musical and improv talents are known across the country. GARY ADLER (Pianist) served as the musical director for Broadway's Avenue Q for its entire six and a half year run. Other NYC conducting credits include The Radio City Christmas Spectacular, Kinky Boots, The Fantasticks, and Next to Normal. He co-wrote the long-running Off-Broadway musical Altar Boyz, for which he received Drama Desk nominations for both his music and lyrics. Gary also wrote and arranged for Disney Channel’s “Johnny And The Sprites” starring John Tartagila. He has been playing improv piano for longer than he would care to admit.

ASSAF GLEIZNER (Pianist) was born and raised in Tel Aviv, Israel. In 2007, Gleizner moved to the United States, where he received a scholarship to earn his BMus in jazz performance at SUNY Purchase. As a sideman, he performed and toured throughout Western New York and Canada, playing and arranging for the award winning singer Cyrille Aimee. As a Musical Director, Assaf worked for NYMF, Yorktown Stage, Fordham University, 92nd St. Y and many others.

PAULA PICKREIGN (stage manager) was born and raised in Syracuse NY. For 6 years she worked as a sound engineer and music producer with bands such as Summer People and New Found Glory at SubCat studios. Paula now resides in NYC and oversees many behind-the-scenes aspects of multiple productions at The People’s Improv Theater, one of the top three comedy schools in New York. Paula is also the business manager for the world’s number one Hip-Hop Improv team, North Coast. An avid percussionist herself, Paula directed and arranged Winter Drumline Programs for six years resulting in five state titles. Now touring as the stage manager with Broadway’s Next Hit Musical, Paula is excited to bring her charm, technical skills, and Sweet Sweet tattoos to audiences all over the country.
TONYA PIERRE (Stage Manager) is a California native who moved to New York City thirteen years ago. She has been in the entertainment industry as a sound and light technician for over a decade and has also worked as a stage manager for certain productions. She is a recent graduate of The City College of New York with a BFA in Classical Vocal Performance.
