HEIDI GLEICHAUF (Performer) is an actress, singer and improviser who hails from Franklin, Massachusetts. She is a proud graduate of Hofstra University where she studied Musical Theatre and received a BFA in Theatre Performance. Recently Heidi originated the role of “Sandy” in the well-received off-Broadway musical “With or Without You”, soundtrack available on Spotify and other streaming services. Heidi writes and does voiceover work for the popular children’s YouTube channel “TBTV Toy Adventures” and has collaborated with Dreamworks Studios to create original content for their “Universal Kids” YouTube channel. DEB RABBAI (Co-Artistic Director, Co-Producer, Performer) is an original member and co-creator of Broadway’s Next H!T Musical.  A native New Yorker, Deb has worked as an actor, improviser, singer and voiceover artist for the last twenty five years.  Deb became the Co-Artistic Director of BNHM in 2009 and has proudly witnessed its progress into the hilarious hit it is today.  A graduate of The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in NYC, Deb spent ten years performing and teaching improvisation with Freestyle Repertory Theatre (TheatreSports New York),  five years performing with ComedySportz NY and seven years with the Chicago City Limits national touring company. Deb is a highly experienced teacher of improvisation and acting, having worked at NYU, Marymount Manhattan College, The American Comedy Institute, NY Film Academy and American Musical and Dramatic Academy in NYC. Deb successfully created programs that teach curriculum through improvisation – these programs have been integrated into public schools in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.  Deb has appeared on Late Night with Conan O'Brien and in national commercials for MasterCard, Wendy’s and Zyrtec.  Deb has done countless voiceovers, ranging from radio and TV advertisements, to video games and anime films. Jeff Scherer

JEFF SCHERER (Performer) is a writer and comedian living in Brooklyn. He has been performing improv comedy since 2002 in New York City and around the country, primarily at the Upright Citizens Brigade, Chicago City Limits and the People’s Improv Theater. In 2024, his musical improv group Vern celebrated its tenth anniversary. He has been a contestant on Jeopardy! and Cash Cab, and a “+1” on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire. He is the writer of four screenplays, two plays, and two children's books, for which he is patiently waiting to get paid.

STEFAN SCHICK (Performer) has been a member of Chicago City Limits (2008 and 2009 MAC Award Winner, Best Comedy/Improv Group) since 2003, first with its National Touring Company and currently with its Resident Company.  He also performs with the longform improv group Stray, and has appeared in numerous plays, sketch shows and short films in NYC. Rob Schiffmann

ROB SCHIFFMANN (Co-Artistic Director, Co-Producer, Performer) has worked and toured as a professional actor,  improviser, and musician for over twenty five years. As a two-time MAC (Manhattan Association of Cabarets and Clubs) Award winner and the recipient of the 2011 INNY (Improvisation News) Award for Best Improv Coach, Rob’s musical and improv talents are known across the country. Rob performed regularly with Chicago City Limits, NYCs longest running comedy improv show, before joining Broadway’s Next Hit Musical and eventually becoming the co-artistic director.. When Rob is not making audiences laugh all over the world with BNHM, he can be found emceeing corporate events for major business organizations such as Bank of America, Microsoft, Cartier, and Pfizer. The New York Times called Rob “fabulously perfect” and the New York Post says”I don’t know whether he’s more of a genius as a comedic performer or a comic writer!“ Rob has showcased his skills on The Daily Download and The CBS Early Show. “Easily the highlight of the evening was co-producer/co-artistic director Rob Schiffman. His creative mind is full of rhymes and childlike creativity that was refreshing. He listened to his fellow actors brilliantly, so much so that he could sing in harmony or descant with them and (usually) successfully made a well-structured musical number. The entire time, I could not decide whether he should go into writing or acting, because the former would seem a waste of a brilliant character actor, and the latter a waste of a brilliant writer. Thus, I believe he has found his niche in improvisational musicals. I will say that his vocals were wanting at multiple times, but this is the first case in which I can genuinely say that such a flaw didn’t matter at all. Particularly, he and Grant read each other very well, to the point that their scenes together seemed rehearsed. The scenes that they shared were the highlight.”

Paula Pickreign

PAULA PICKREIGN (Stage Manager) was born and raised in Syracuse NY. For 6 years she worked as a sound engineer and music producer with bands such as Summer People and New Found Glory at SubCat studios. Paula now resides in NYC and oversees many behind-the-scenes aspects of multiple productions at The People’s Improv Theater, one of the top three comedy schools in New York. Paula is also the business manager for the world’s number one Hip-Hop Improv team, North Coast. An avid percussionist herself, Paula directed and arranged Winter Drumline Programs for six years resulting in five state titles. Now touring as the stage manager with Broadway’s Next Hit Musical, Paula is excited to bring her charm, technical skills, and Sweet Sweet tattoos to audiences all over the country.

LIZ COIN (Emcee) is a NYC-based improviser, actor, and comedian originally from Bettendorf, Iowa. Liz holds a BA from Northwestern University and is a proud Second City alum. DREW LAUSCH (Emcee) is a Brooklyn-based comedian, writer, producer, actor, and an “oversharing flirt” (NY Press) originally from Fargo, ND. He recently filmed an episode of MTV’s Singled Out and made his headlining debut at La Zoom Room in Asheville, NC. Drew performs regularly at New York venues such as Chelsea Music Hall, Public Hotel, The Bell House, Union Hall, West Side Comedy Club, and at least one pizza parlour in the East Village. Drew’s “easy confidence and stage presence” has been likened to a “dinner date that’s going really well” (Theatre Jones, TX). Micaela Fagen

MICAELA FAGEN (Emcee) is a comedian living in Brooklyn, New York. She is a graduate of the University of Florida where she is pretty sure she did more improv than actual “school”. She performs stand up, sketch comedy, and musical improv regularly at Brooklyn Comedy Collective, The People’s Improv Theater, and The Magnet Theater. She was a finalist in the comedy festivals hosted by Broadway Comedy Club and Stand Up New York. Thanks to her goldfish, Tracy, for all her love and support.

George Luton

GEORGE LUTON (Music Director) is an internationally regarded musical theatre composer, conductor, and accompanist. Their original musicals have been launched Off-Broadway through the York Theatre's GenYork concert series, at Lincoln Center through the NYPL Across a Crowded Room program, and at the Tank NYC. EMILIE HANSON (Stage Manager) is thrilled to be a part of Broadway’s Next H!T Musical. She manages Wildlife Theater for the Wildlife Conservation Society at the Central Park Zoo in Manhattan. Where she develops and runs conservation-based educational theater for school age children. Emilie also tours as a stage manager for Broadway's Next H!t Musical. Gary Adler

GARY ADLER (Pianist) served as the musical director for Broadway's Avenue Q for its entire six and a half year run.  Other NYC conducting credits include The Radio City Christmas Spectacular, Kinky Boots, The Fantasticks, and Next to Normal.  He co-wrote the long-running Off-Broadway musical Altar Boyz, for which he received Drama Desk nominations for both his music and lyrics.  Gary also wrote and arranged for Disney Channel’s “Johnny And The Sprites” starring John Tartagila.  He has been playing improv piano for longer than he would care to admit.

Assaf Gleizner

ASSAF GLEIZNER (Pianist) was born and raised in Tel Aviv, Israel. In 2007, Gleizner moved to the United States, where he received a scholarship to earn his BMus in jazz performance at SUNY Purchase. As a sideman, he performed and toured throughout Western New York and Canada, playing and arranging for the award winning singer Cyrille Aimee. As a Musical Director, Assaf worked for NYMF, Yorktown Stage, Fordham University, 92nd St. Y and many others.

Tonya Pierre

TONYA PIERRE (Stage Manager) is a California native who moved to New York City thirteen years ago. She has been in the entertainment industry as a sound and light technician for over a decade and has also worked as a stage manager for certain productions. She is a recent graduate of The City College of New York with a BFA in Classical Vocal Performance.
